Understanding goals

To gain a better grasp of the user needs and shape an MVP, I conducted around 30 interviews with artists, courators and investors.

At the start of the project, the workshop with stakeholders gives an opportunity to work with a large group of people in one information field and solve communication problems.

I also did extensive research, resulting in the formulation of a value proposition, monetization options, and project development.

Taking a birdview of product

Our main challenge was convincing the audience that digital artists are real artists.

To understand the product scope and connections, I used methods like Jobs-to-be-Done analysis, user stories, and competitor analysis, creating an information structure for developers.

The solution

Based on the research findings, I crafted the essential flows and screens required for our launch. By involving development at this stage, we managed to save significant time in the future.



I also formulated the design concept for the project, which another designer later expanded upon.
